WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN GETTING A PUPPY FROM US
1. HEALTHY PUPPY
Our puppies will come home with a clean bill of health. Every puppy is seen and physically examined by our veterinarian. A fecal float is also done, and puppies are only cleared with negative fecal. All puppies will come with all proper vetting exam paperwork, shot and deworming records.
2. HAPPY & SOCIALIZED PUPPY
Our puppies are always around us and our children. They are handled and played with daily and get plenty of interaction. They are also around OUR other small dogs for social interaction. We try to familiarize every puppy with new sounds (vacuums, tv, music, etc.) as well as new sights and smells.
3. HEALTH GUARANTEE
Every puppy you purchase from us comes with a 1- year health guarantee. You may read about our health guarantee on the “CONTRACTS” page. You will click on the sales contract link to view.
4. REGISTRATION / PEDIGREE
We offer CKC & AKC registration paperwork with our puppies. Some puppies will only be sold as PET ONLY and either not come with registration or be limited registration – meaning it CANNOT be bred. Each puppy will state what sort of registration it comes with when it is listed on our website.
5. STARTER PACK
Every puppy will come with a personalized gift bag filled with things such as its favorite toys, a matching leash/harness set, a blanket with mom’s scent, a food sample, treats and some extra goodies! We also send every puppy gift bag with a packet filled with a lot of useful new puppy information.
6. ONGOING LIFETIME BREEDER SUPPORT
We encourage all new puppy owners to keep in touch with us and reach out whenever they have questions. We enjoy receiving updates from every new owner and their Sourpatch baby. We want everyone who gets a puppy from us to know that we are here if they ever need us. Also, if for whatever reason an owner is no longer able to keep the puppy, know that we will always accept it back at any point in their life.
